HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF MORE NOW

Surround yourself with positive people. This includes you! Stop negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts.

Follow people on social. media who have a similar body type who speak positivity about their body.

3.

Delete, and unfollow people who cause you to feel less than, cause you to compare, or no longer serve you in a positive manner.

4.

Get rid of everything in your closet that does not fit you today. No more thoughts of "this will fit me when i ____" Your body is worthy of cute and fun clothing today!

5.

Write yourself a letter to your younger self and tell her how proud you are of her.

6.

Write down a list of women you admire and why you admire them. Try to see how you are similar to them. I promise you are more. similar to them then you may think.

7.

Take a moment daily to look at yourself in the mirror. Say out loud to yourself "I am beautiful, I am worthy, I am capable" This may feel strange at first but I promise it will become more natural as you start to believe the words you are saying.
