Welcome to Spring, Beautiful!

I'm so thankful that the weather is warming up, thank goodness. I love this time of year because the effects of winter melt away. I love the blooming of flowers, the cute little baby animals and SPRING SHOPPING! This is a perfect time to update your closet, get rid of pieces you no longer wear and add some new pieces to brighten up and update your closet. If you were to walk in my closet you would notice that dresses are my number one choice and my favorite thing to wear.

I am loving this blue and orange Faux Wrap Dress Chiffon Midi Dress from Lane Bryant, if you know me I love using a bold pattern and mix and matching is my total jam. I paired this beautiful floral dress with Snake Skin Tall Block Heel Sandal and Metal & Resin Link Drop Earrings. This look is perfect for brunch with your girlfriends, date night with your significant other or pared with a blazer for the boardroom.

This year for spring feminine florals, pastels and bold patterns are dominating the scene. I like having options to mix my patterns around. This dress could be worn all season long and switched around with different accessories to provide different looks.

I have been shopping Lane Bryant for years. As a teenage girl this was one of the only places outside of my Mom making my own clothes (thank you Mom, I love you forever) that I felt had the styles and fit that I was looking for. I am so happy that early on in my life they provided me with options and helped shaped who I am today and how I use my personal fashion to express myself.

They get me, and know how to dress my beautiful strong body.

Spring trends may come and go but a timeless floral dress will always be on trend in my closet.
